Unexpected relief

To be honest, I would never buy this supplement myself; initially, only the brand appealed to me. The composition did not convince me, but a doctor I trust prescribed it (alongside other drugs for knee function restoration). Skeptical at first, I found that the pain disappeared as long as I continued taking it. I even tried it on my mother, who has the same issue, and she too experienced relief. Despite her aversion to pills, she found it tolerable. I recommend it.

High absorption rate
This is a very good and effective calcium supplement, complete with all the necessary ingredients for absorption! I only add vitamins D3 and K2 initially, as I am wary of hypercalcemia. The capsules are rather large and best taken with food, but I find taking three times a day more manageable than six. After suffering a femur fracture (without surgery), I can walk even without a walker now. This has been the best calcium I have tried; managing osteoporosis is impossible without supplements.

I've taken Bone Up from Jarrow Formula for the second time now. After a femur fracture without surgery, I can walk even without a walker, although I do limp. I chose not to undergo surgery and take this medication at my own risk. Previously, I used various forms of calcium from pharmacies and was concerned about hypercalcemia, so I feel it's a double-edged sword. I supplement with D3 and K2, except for the third dose. I find that three capsules daily is an effective dosage for osteoporosis. I appreciate the manufacturer and iHerb!

Pain relief observed

I like its effect. I periodically take calcium capsules to support my bone tissue, as this calcium is one of the best for digestion. I take 1-2 capsules before bed and I have long since rid myself of constant bone pain after prolonged exertion. To support my joints, I also include MSM in my routine. I genuinely like the joint effect; I feel stronger and do not experience fatigue as before.
